TunisianCitizenship,his present position is a consultant in the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) IN Jeddah Saudi Arabia .
Now i`m Advisor in Group International of Lawyers- Consultants law firms in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia.
During this period among two years ago ,Mr.KOUBAA is attached in the United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC) as a consultant of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Monitoring and Assessment Claims related to the Iraq's invasion and occupation of Kuwait.
I have got practical experience of legal activities related to projects and development international partners relationship and evaluation of agreements, organization of seminars, workshops and colloquies and participation in many international conferences and exhibitions inside and outside Tunisia, Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
Extensive expertise in management of different public relations programs including other things, press, media activities such as TV programmes, newspaper, magazines and promotional brochures.
Experience Record as a productor journalist-reporter in Tunisian TV. During 15years.
Some Works realized in the last years by Mr.KOUBAA concerning the organization of many workshops, seminars and forums in Tunisia .Morocco and he is now the initiator and porters of several plans of shows and forums organization in Environment for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
My aim is the foundation of an International-Arab Environmental consulting network as an non governmental agency which offers services of consulting in partnership and assistance in environmental management sustainability and business and investments and

Laboratories
The CITET has five laboratories, fully equipped with the high technology equipment, for the analysis, in the laboratory or on site, of the life cycle of a product and its impact on water, air and soil.The equipment available can satisfy a wide range of needs, both internal and external, right from sampling and the transport, storage and analysis of samples in accordance with the recognised procedures.

The high awareness of the need for sustainable development has led to integrate the protection of the environment into all aspects of socio-economic activity.Tunisian businesses are currently implementing a major restructuring programme to enable them to complete effectively in the Euro-Mediterranean free-trade zone and at international level. Environmental concern has taken on judiciary dimensions since the first environmental conference that was held in Stockholm in 1972. During this conference, many concepts about the environment and its significance were changed.

This conference also influenced developments between the two Earth Summits, the first held in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and the second held in Johannesburg in South Africa. In order to find a balance between preserving the environment and its resources and development, all previous environmental legislations need to be revised in accordance with the international environmental conventions so as to achieve the comprehensive planning of development and consistent development concepts in all of its sectors. Sama Dubai, the international investment arm of Dubai Holding has inaugurated its $14bn joint venture with the Tunisian government, reported WAM. Dubai Ruler HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Tunisian President Zine Al Abidine ben Ali led the opening of the 873 hectare project called The Century City and Mediterranean Gate.
